New generation companies, those in the IT sector, in recent years are rapidly filling office spaces in the best locations in Zagreb. The occupancy of the highest categories office spaces in Zagreb is at very high levels, and companies from the IT industry, including House of Code, are “responsible” for a large share of it.
Good location and representative business premises are the features which describe the area settled near the city center and important Zagreb roads, like Radnička, Vukovarska and Heinzelova streets, which in recent years has become a Zagreb business zone, and on that area is also our office.

Offices specialized for IT companies do not differ significantly from “standard” ones, but when it comes to interior design, equipment or location, additional requirements in this industry may not be a strict rule, but they still exist.
“Modern offices located in buildings and business complexes in good locations, where there are rooms equipped with game consoles, armchairs and other equipment ‘necessary’ for rest have been an integral part of the business premises of larger and smaller IT companies, as well as those from similar industries, and we also follow that trend. “- said Tabak.
A modern look and a well-equipped office are becoming the norm in the IT world. They are characterized by the best locations, modern design and additional rooms for resting and socializing, what also applies to House of Code.
